In 2003, Process Analytical introducted the EZGC. This unit  can provide analysis of any process stream utilizing an Iso-thermal Oven and the detector of choice.

• The EZGC is manufactured using "Off The Shelf" hardware, which is readily avaiable from PAAI.
  

• The standard EZGC can be equiped with a Thermal Conductivity, Flame Ionization  or Flame Photometric Detectors. The standard EZGC can accomadate up to two (2) measurement detectors.
  

• The system consist of a Phoenix Contact Area Rated PC using Windows XP and Phoenix Contact Slave I/O
  

• Data outputs from the PAAI EZGC includes 4-20mA, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP-IP and OPC.
  

• The PAAI EZGC software package was developed using Visual Basic and is a very simple interface to use
  

• All calibration and result data is stored on the local PC Controller for a period of up to one (1) year.
